Payment conditions
To guarantee your reservation we require a down payment of 30% of the total invoice. The remainder of the invoice must be paid eight weeks before arrival. After receipt of the full invoice amount, cancellation and refunding of the booking is only possible in exceptional circumstances.

In case of late or no payment
If we do not receive your down payment after the reminder email, we cancel your reservation. If we do not receive the full invoice amount in time (eight weeks before arrival) we cancel the reservation. The paid down payment will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation
If you cancel your booking at least eight weeks before arrival, we will void the outstanding amount. The paid down payment will not be refunded. We recommend to take out a travel and/or cancellation insurance policy that covers for any losses made if you have to cancel or shorten your stay with us.
Delays, no-show and shortened stays
In case of a no-show, a delay longer than 24 hours without notification, or a shortened stay, we reserve the right to cancel (the remainder) of your booking. In such an event, we will not refund any of the paid amounts.
Cancellation by us
In the rare occasion we have to cancel your booking, our liability is limited to refunding the already paid amounts.
